1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Aurorvix Content Publisher, a tool that allows the account owner and authorized users to connect supported third-party accounts and use authorized features to publish, manage, or retrieve content needed for the requested workflow.

This policy specifically explains how Aurorvix Content Publisher accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes information obtained through Google OAuth and Google APIs, including Google/YouTube data where the user has granted the relevant permissions.

2. Google user data the application may access

Aurorvix Content Publisher only accesses Google user data that the user explicitly authorizes through Google's OAuth consent flow and that is necessary for enabled application features. Depending on the Google scopes the user approves, this data may include:

• Basic Google account information, such as account name, email address, profile information, and account identifiers.
• OAuth authorization information, including access tokens and, where Google provides them, refresh tokens needed to maintain an authorized connection.
• YouTube account or channel information, such as channel identifiers, channel metadata, and other information required to identify the authorized YouTube account.
• YouTube content information that is necessary for the requested publishing or management workflow, such as video identifiers, titles, descriptions, privacy/status settings, thumbnails or related metadata.
• Permissions needed to upload, publish, update, manage, or retrieve information about content on the user's authorized YouTube account, but only when the user grants those permissions.

The application does not access Google data outside the permissions granted by the user.

3. How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features of Aurorvix Content Publisher that the user has requested. This may include:

• Authenticating the user's Google account and maintaining the authorized connection.
• Identifying the Google or YouTube account/channel selected by the user.
• Uploading or publishing content requested by the user.
• Reading content or channel metadata needed to display status, confirm publishing results, or manage previously authorized content.
• Updating or managing content when the user requests those actions.
• Troubleshooting failed authorization, publishing, or account-connection operations.
• Protecting the application from abuse, unauthorized access, or security incidents.

Google user data is not used for targeted advertising, personalized advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, lending decisions, data brokerage, or the creation of unrelated user profiles.

4. AI and machine-learning use

Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not used to train, develop, or improve generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Google user data is not sold or provided to third parties for AI or machine-learning training.

5. Storage of Google user data

Aurorvix Content Publisher minimizes the storage of Google user data. OAuth credentials or tokens may be stored when needed to keep an account connected and to perform user-requested actions without requiring a new authorization for every operation.

Access to stored authorization data is restricted to the application systems and authorized operators that need it to provide the requested service. We use HTTPS/TLS for web connections and take reasonable administrative and technical measures to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss of stored authorization information.

Content and metadata obtained from Google APIs are not intentionally retained longer than necessary to perform the requested workflow, display the requested status, troubleshoot an operation, or satisfy applicable legal obligations.

6. Data retention

OAuth access or refresh tokens may be retained for as long as the user's Google account remains connected to Aurorvix Content Publisher and the authorization remains valid.

When the user disconnects the Google account, revokes Google authorization, or requests deletion, we will delete stored authorization credentials under our control or render them unusable as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to short-term technical backups, security records, or legal retention requirements.

Other Google user data is retained only for the period reasonably necessary to provide the user-requested feature, resolve errors, maintain security, or meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

7. Sharing, transfer, and disclosure of Google user data

We do not sell Google user data.

We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, data-brokerage, credit, lending, unrelated analytics, generalized AI/ML training, or other purposes unrelated to the user-facing functionality of Aurorvix Content Publisher.

Google user data may be disclosed only when necessary to:

• Provide or support the user-requested application feature, including infrastructure or service providers acting on our behalf where necessary.
• Comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
• Protect users, the application, our rights, or the security of the service.
• Complete a transfer that the user explicitly directs or consents to.

Any service provider that processes such data on our behalf is expected to use it only for the contracted service and to protect it appropriately.

8. Limited Use

Our access to and use of Google user data is limited to providing or improving prominent user-facing features of Aurorvix Content Publisher. We do not use Google user data for purposes that are unrelated to those features.

Our handling of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

9. Revoking Google access

Users control whether Aurorvix Content Publisher may access their Google account. A user may revoke the application's access at any time through the security and third-party access settings of the user's Google Account.

After Google access is revoked, the application can no longer use the revoked authorization to access Google APIs. The user may also contact us to request deletion of authorization data or other personal information under our control.

10. Data access, correction, and deletion requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information or Google-related authorization data controlled by Aurorvix Content Publisher, email xiaosidou@gmail.com.

Please identify the Google account or connected service relevant to the request. We may need to verify the requester's identity before processing a request in order to protect account data.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect personal information and Google authorization data. These measures include limiting access to people or systems that require it for the requested service, using secure HTTPS/TLS connections for web traffic, reducing unnecessary data collection, and monitoring or troubleshooting suspicious or failed authorization activity when needed.

No system can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting data under our control, we will take reasonable steps to contain, investigate, and address the incident as required by applicable law and platform obligations.

12. Non-Google information and third-party services

Aurorvix may also link to or connect with services operated by companies such as Amazon, Temu, TikTok, WhatsApp, and others. Information collected directly by those services is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

13. Children

Aurorvix Content Publisher is intended for business and authorized account-management use and is not directed to children.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when application features, Google API usage, security practices, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published at this same URL and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
